Santa will be at North Brighton December 1st
Come see Santa in the clubhouse on Saturday December 1st, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
All children receive a treat bag and can have their picture taken with Santa.
Parents can bring their own camera to take the picture or buy them $1 each or 6 for $5.
Santa visit day 2017 – Great Success!!
Thank you to all of the members who came to see Santa. We really had a great time and we hope you did too! We want to send out a special Thank You to Joe C. for being such a wonderful Santa’s helper!! Pictures are in the office, stop by any time between 8 am – 5 pm to pick them up. If you would like a digital copy, we have those too.
Santa Visit 2017
Santa will be at NBT on Saturday December 9th from 2 pm until 4 pm. It is free to all children of NBT. You can bring your own camera and take pictures or we will take one for you for a small charge. All children can talk to Santa and they will receive a free stocking filled with goodies. There will be free cookies and drinks to snack on while you are visiting. We hope to see you Saturday!!

Annual Meeting – 03/12/17 2 pm
North Brighton Townhouses, Inc. Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday the 12th of March. The meeting begins at 2:00 p.m. and usually lasts no more than two hours. At this meeting members will vote for board members and one lucky member will win one months free carrying charge. Two lucky members will win $50 cash. Come in and cast your vote. If you are unable to attend give your proxy to a neighbor who will be attending. (Remember to ‘spring’ forward Saturday March 11th)
