Member Fees & Availability
An initial investment called ‘transfer value’ is required for membership. Then, instead of rent or a mortgage payment, co-op members pay a monthly carrying charge.
Wait List Agreement
If there are no townhouses immediately available, or if you want to be contacted for future availability, you may place your name on our wait list. A $24 deposit must accompany the Wait List Agreement and will be applied to your credit report fee when you choose a unit.

Application for Occupancy
When you decide to apply for a townhouse, we start the application in our office by completing a wait list agreement. A $24 non-refundable credit report fee ($24 for the co-head member applicant) must accompany the Application for Occupancy. Any other member of the household composition 18 years of age or older a background check of $13 each. A membership fee of $190 is due at this time.
Personal Property Insurance
Cooperative members should look for a specific type of coverage to insure their personal property.
